I got the little cesar box. Food was good. There's seats beside it. Staff very nice and they explain the menu. Good to have this in Bray.

Very disappointing experience at Strandbray Hotel.

After my meal, I attempted to pay by card, but the staff member told me that the payment terminal was not working properly and that the transaction had failed. I was assured that no money had been taken from my account and was asked to make the payment again.

To my surprise, after checking my Revolut account, I discovered that the original transaction had actually been processed. As a result, I ended up paying for the same meal twice.

What is most frustrating is that I was held responsible for what was described as a problem with their payment machine, only to later find clear evidence that the first payment had gone through. I have screenshots and a bank statement confirming the charge.

I expect businesses to handle payment issues professionally and accurately. Customers should not be put in a position where they have to prove that they have been charged twice for the same service.

I hope management reviews this matter promptly and refunds the duplicate paymen

The chips here are out of this world! They are by far my favourite food to get when in Bray. The hand-cut chips are fabulous, but the waffle fries are definitely my top choice. With so many sauce options, there’s something for everyone! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Truly deserving of a five-star rating!

This place is a little gem! I’ve had bacon cheese and taco chips in the past. Tried The Amsterdam today and OMG absolutely delicious!! So much flavour and the chips are thick and crispy. The surrounding restaurants are always sitting empty but Chipped does great business. Says it all really 👌

everything in bray is a bougie café serving smash burgers and avocado toast now so it's nice to have somewhere in town I can just get proper topped chips for cheap. amsterdam chips were delicious and just the right size. guy at the counter was super friendly. highly recommend 👍
